Upscale hotel, it has bright rooms and unbeatable location. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with the fridge and comfortable double bed, as example was not a problem. They have a coffee bar.

The hotel is on a good and magnificent location near the city centre, shop and restaurant, and market. The staff are excellent co-operating and best, managed the parking nearby.

My new year stay was great! I loved the complementary snacks and drinks, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from and easy access to transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Plus, the fast and reliable WiFi was a huge bonus.

While my stay was overall enjoyable, there were a few minor issues. I had to request cleaning service and toilet paper, which was an inconvenience.

Excellent home base for exploring Salalah. Very convenient location, very clean rooms and most importantly, FRIENDLY staff. The hotel was located in the center of the city. And it's not too far away from downtown. Moreover, there was a free Wi-Fi.
